Does it give any error message?

Have you tried to open the game with Compatibility mode (XP2) ?

For some strange reason several of us had to plug in the headset for it to work...

If the game is not compatible with Windows 7 install the game in Windows XP SP2 compatibility mode.
Follow the steps below to install this software in Windows XP SP2 Compatibility mode:
1. Right click on the setup file.
2. Go to properties.
3. Click on Compatibility mode.
4. Place a check mark the box in the box in front of “Run this program in compatibility mode for” and from the drop down menu choose Windows XP SP2.
5. Place a check mark on "Run as an Administrator" under privileges level and click on Apply and then Ok.
6. Now double click on the setup file to initiate the install.

When game is installed use  "Run as an Administrator"

On the same note as cod2, anyone know where I can download the game without viruses? I have the discs, but no disc drive in my computer, so I'm kind of shit out of luck on that.

Multiplayer works fine here, but when I want to play SP game crashes with the "can't load default.cfg" error. Any ideas how to fix it?

I just don't understand why people are saying a disc drive doesn't belong in a game pc anymore... just stupid, you NEED it one day...

True! I bought this case, and started adding everything and then was just like... Where the hell is the spot for the disc drive??? And almost everyone I asked about this tells me, "They're obsolete, no need for one anymore! who cares"  well looks like I do need one lol
