Here is a short edit i made with some of my recorded frags since the game released on Steam. I was pretty active in the CoD4 editing scene back in the day and must say editing Battalion was pretty fun! I think I have read something about an upcoming demo/editing tool which I am really looking forward to. (Yeah the quality is not that good in general and it's really laggy at some parts. I recorded with Radeon ReLive at 60 FPS on an outdated computer - Sony Vegas only)
Dear Forum, Is there any official news on the movie-making abilities in BATTALION? I've worked with the Source, Quake, and Call of Duty engines and know my way around recording and creating frag movies. I'm planning on putting a lot of time and effort into BATTALION and step away from CS:GO. And also create a lot of movies and clips. I've always dreamed of creating something like the CoD2 JEPLAAA movie. And I'd love to create an homage in BATTALION form. I don't expect it to have everything a movie maker need but a simple demo recording tool with adjustable replay speed commands would be amazing. Thank you for reading, Pim
vozER posted a topic in "Non-Battalion" DiscussionHello Battalion 1944 Community! This is my first and probably last Call of Duty 2 movie. I've made several CoD2 smaller clips, but never a longer movie. I messed up with the resolution so unfortunately the Youtube -version has black bars in it. Sorry about that. I figured I'd share some CoD2 footage with you guys, since it might be the end of era for CoD2. Hope you enjoy the movie as much as I had making it! Enjoy!
