BRIGHTNESS/GAMMA FIX The main issue with Battalion 44 for me was bothering with really bad lighting on competitive maps. Although I could tweak my monitor settings, I avoided that because I have no profile memory in my LCD. Thanks to an reddit user I have found the perfect combination to improve ingame visibility. I will break it down to you in two steps: 1. Go to control panel -> folder options -> show hidden folders -> go to C/USERS/USERNAME/AppData/Local/Battalion/Saved/Config/WindowsNoEditor -> Doubleclick on "Engine" and add following lines: 2. Go to https://vibrancegui.com/ -> download for PC -> Open -> Click "Add" and find the path to battalion.exe (C/Program Files (x86)/ Steam/steamapps/common/Battalion 1944/Battalion/Binaries/Win64) -> doubleclick on newly added battalion.exe, set vibrance level to 150 -> minimize the program. Turn on the game and enjoy Feel free to move this thread to appropriate forums, cheers. crav.

    Tone Down Main Menu (Darker)

Please for Gods sake allow users to set the color or background of the main menu... either that or just make it darker... Every time I load the game I am snow blinded by my monitor. Even the background color on your forums would be great! Thanks; Happi

    Darkness Fix

Hi all, Like many others my game had issues with darkness, especially in Manor House. I finally fixed it and wow it is such a difference. Like a whole new game. If you have an nvidia card go to your nvidia control panel. Go to the section that has brightness, contrast, hue etc. There are two buttons, one says use application setting the other says use nvidia settings. Check 'use nvidia settings' then bring your contrast down. Way down. I brought mine to 0. Now I can see everything in game perfectly. This did not seem to affect my desktop or browsing at all. Hardly noticed a difference. Hope this works for others.

in the menus i cant find any brightness setting. i dont know if this is by design but im having a hard time seeing people on some of the darker maps. if any one has a console command or something it would help a lot.
