    I don't have the [AdminSteamIDs] section, I just have the one variable. Are you sure thats the right ID for your account? Plus, did you restart the server?

    Are you sure you're using the right steam GUID for your account? I had it wrong the first time round! Just use this to find out! It should be the steamID64 one.

    STEAMPS3 - AsncTCPSocket destroyed

    I don't think the socket being destroyed is the problem here, as I too get that error on my server (albeit only once) and the server still runs. Also, I couldn't stop noticing you're running the server as root. Please don't do it, especially not at this stage of the game, as it is probably not secure at all. But even if it were, it's just bad practice! Thanks!

I was getting ready to have something like a Wine setup or a KVM setup with Windows virtual machines just to run the servers, but having the server files is pretty cool Also, Brammertron just "confirmed" the linux server on his stream: "We're releasing the server code very soon, veryyyyy sooooon. And there might be something there for you linux fans!"

  11. I'm rocking a SteelSeries 6G V2. It's pretty solid! I heard stories of people being hit with it at LANS, breaking some teeth and the keyboard coming out just fine! 😂 Jokes aside, it's a pretty good keyboard.

    Intro to modding

    Hey there! I was wondering if anyone has any experience in either modding this game or UE modding whatsoever? I've been writing code for quite a while, it's what I do for a living but I've never did any game modding. Is there something like a modding framework for UE (or potentially this game), or how does one go about writing their own mods? I'd really like to help build something for the community once the game is out!

Does anyone know if this game will ship (or release, in the future) support for either: A Linux client - so that I can play this game on my usual environment (and leave Windows for good ); A Linux server; Releasing a Linux client would be great but I'm sure people would live well without it (and it might even add more complexity to the development process). But I do believe releasing server binaries for Linux would be a great help for the community! It would be way easier & cheap for people to host their own servers and help the community grow!

    Wow it's been a long time since I have used online forums... Nostalgia kicking in! But anyways, I'm Rodrigo! I'm a Portuguese FPS games fan and my favorite games have been either CS or CoD titles (with CoD4 Promod taking the lead ofc). I was super excited to learn about a game being developed that kinda blends in features from 2 of my favorite games, the skillful movement in CoD4 Promod and some sort of economy like in Counter-Strike. This, along with the competitiveness, made my interest in this game grow quite a lot! Looking forward to see how the community will grow!
